Currently looking for Building Services Electrical Maintenance Engineers for a site in central London working on a Continental Shift Pattern.
This is an immediate need from our client so a possible temp to perm is an option. The successful candidate will need to have experience of maintaining Critical Banking or Data sites.
Duties will include looking after anything from general power and lighting, AHU's, Splits, VRV's, office moves and changes, mechanical plant maintenance, basic plumbing, changing pumps, motors, isolating primary pumps etc, first line to chilled water systems, boilers and cooling towers. Maintenance will also include monitoring BMS, setting points, reacting to alarms and dealing with hot and cold complaints as well as maintaining data suits and comfort cooling.
This role comes with a salary in the region of 34 - 35K (pro-rata if starting on a temp to perm basis) and also includes pension, Healthcare and contributory pension. (all after a qualifying period) Please forward your CV to j.wadman@edenbrown.com
