Job Title: Internal Account Manager
Responsible to: Sales Manager
Location / Area: Middlesex (Office Based)
Basic Salary: £22-27k dependant on candidate calibre & experience
Bonus Scheme: To be discussed at interview stage

Principle Duties:
· Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/potential customer contact through excellent time management.
· Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business within a team environment.
· Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
· Manage, organise, and update company data on an ongoing basis.
· Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to company targets.
· Respond and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
· Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
· Attend company provided training to develop relevant product knowledge, techniques and skills.
Ideal Candidate:
· Highly motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
· Strong sales background
· Ability to establish good working relationships and good negotiation skills.
· Trustworthy, honest and a strong team player.
· Proven ability to manage own work.
· Strong IT skills in Excel and Word and E-mail.
· Knowledge of SAP an advantage.
· Loyal and company-focused.
