| Description |
An experienced M&E Project/Quantity Surveyor is sought to work on 5-6 projects at any time to a value of £600k, typically fit out and refurbishment works with durations up to 3 months within the commercial building and hotel sectors. The majority of work is London based and it is essential that you are well versed with dealing with sub-contractors and effectively managing the commercial interests of the organisation to ensure a win-win situation for yourself and the client; 92% of this organisations work is from repeat business.
It is likely that you will have a minimum of HNC qualification, the key requirement is that you have a balanced approach to contractual issues and that you are well versed with projects of this nature as opposed to dealing with a single large scheme. In return for your skills and knowledge this organisation offers an excellent package including PRP of up to 25% of salary (which has for the last 4 years, been worth 25%) as well as the benefits you would expect from a leading organisation.
