Job Title: Business Development Manager - public sector.
Responsible to: National Sales Manager
Location / Area: London
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Some scope for exceptional candidates)
Bonus Scheme: Potentially around 22% of basic

Principle Responsibilities: To increase the company profile and sales through the development of the Public Sector customers (All Government Sectors i.e. NHS, Prisons, Police)
You will work with the relevant department consultants, contractors, buyers, Facilities Management or specifier’s to gain specification by selling the products key features and benefits.

Ideal Candidate: Experienced sales person, preferably from manufacturing but would consider wholesaling background. Must have an excellent track record in sales and real drive and enthusiasm.
· Proven record of new business achievement.
· Highly self motivated and driven.
· Excellent communicator with presentation, verbal and written skills.
· Ability to communicate at senior level demonstrating sound technical knowledge.
· Professional, extremely presentable and organised.
