Job Title: Assistant / Service Manager
Responsible to: Business Manager
Location / Area: Bedford
Basic Salary: Negotiable dependant on candidate calibre (£25-30k)
Bonus Scheme: Bonus based on profit achievement for the branch

Principle Responsibilities: Working as number two to the business manager you will hold responsibility for the day to day running of the branch and management of the team. Managing a team of telephone sales, warehouse and trade counter / customer service staff you will ensure the team is motivated, customer focused and achieving both sales, service and profit targets.
Ideal Candidate: You will have experience within the electrical wholesale market place – preferably as a Manager of a smaller branch (staff of 20 here currently). Commercially aware, you will have the skills to lead and motivate a team. You will have an understanding of all processes within an electrical wholesaler.
