Description: We require a mechanical and electrical clerk of works for a public sector client in Suffolk. This will be a temp-to-perm role paying circa £30,000 when perm.
You will be responsible for signing off, auditing and inspecting mechanical and electrical installations across the organisations estate and as such must be familiar with current building regulations and construction methods.
Candidates must hold a minimum of HNC/HND in either mechanical or electrical engineering with extensive experience in either the construction market or working client side (advantageous). It is also advantageous if you hold membership of the institute of clerk of works.
The role will be subject to a CRB check. Due to the location of sites access to transport would be advantageous.... |
