Description: Our Client has 5 year repair and maintenance contract for the MoD in Gibraltar, value circa £11.00m per annum. The contract may include further works of circa £3m - £4m pa in the form of additional design and build projects.
Responsibilities
To manage and deliver on behalf of the client the obligations of the Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) to the MoD and its stakeholders:
Safely and in accordance with MoD and clients procedures.
To the required standard as defined in the contract.
Within the budget as agreed each year with the Board.
Ensuring compliance with the contract and company procedures.
